While individuals can still choose to make all their own interior selections, we wanted to provide another option for those who were looking to minimize their number of appointments and simplify their design process. Time Savings: By selecting one of these curated packages, homebuyers are able to skip both the preliminary selections meeting and the final selections meeting, in which homebuyers typically make all of their selections. This can save the homebuyer anywhere from 3 to 8 hours of meetings at Cedarglen Homes’ head office.
2. Expertly Curated Packages: While many homebuyers enjoy the design process, some individuals can feel overwhelmed with the task of making their own selections. These pre-selected packages are carefully curated by our talented Design Consultants, and each provide a modern, yet timeless aesthetic. There are diverse options that may appeal to different preferences, and homebuyers can rest assured knowing that they are still receiving the same high quality finishings that would be available to them if they were to make their own selections at Studio 81.
