Customer Insight Surveys
At Cedarglen Homes, we place a great emphasis on obtaining feedback from our homeowners about their homebuilding experience. Throughout their journey, each of our homebuyers will receive 3 surveys at different stages of their experience – one before taking possession, and two after they have moved in. These surveys are sent out by a third-party company called Customer Insight to ensure transparent and precise reporting.
