This is my 4th house build. The experience, communication and options that they’ve provided has been exceptional. My team is the Dream Team. They make it easy and as a “veteran builder”, building a house is not easy! Everyone building a home should experience it THIS way. The builders “next door” wouldn’t make “simple” changes. Cedarglen basically gave us cart Blanche. Not that the plan needed a lot of changes, however, because of the ability to customize, we are now getting our dream home….everything we wanted!
What stood out most in my experience was the swift response to addressing issues. The prompt and efficient resolution of concerns by the response team was truly commendable. Additionally, our home not only looks beautiful but, even after a year of staying, it still exudes a sense of newness. The dedication and effectiveness of the response team contributed significantly to my positive experience.
