When a homebuyer chooses to build their new home with Cedarglen Homes, they are not just getting a quality home. Our goal is to also provide an exceptional homebuilding journey that they will be able to look back on fondly. From the moment a home is purchased, the homebuyers become part of the Cedarglen Homes family and a dedicated team of our staff will be assigned to that home for the remainder of their journey. With countless appointments and decisions to be made along the way, we have developed a 'Homebuilding Journey Passport' system that will educate homebuyers on what to expect throughout their experience so they are never left guessing.

Building energy efficient homes has been at the forefront of our strategy for several years, with all our homes using the government backed EnerGuideTM rating scale since 2016. Our essential specifications include energy efficient features that surpass current industry standards including triple pane insulated windows, a tankless water heater, R-50 attic insulation, R-20 basement exterior wall insulation, a high efficiency furnace and HRV unit and much more. Our sustainability initiatives continue with our commitment to improving people’s lives through the construction of high-performance homes, as seen through the development of our Net Zero Inspired program.
Net Zero Program Personalization
At Cedarglen Homes we offer a diverse selection of house models, ranging from paired and single-storey homes to larger models such as our three-storey homes. Our team has produced a wide variety of pre-designed floorplan options, known as modules, that homebuyers can select to further personalize their new homes. In addition to our pre-designed modules, Cedarglen has developed an adaptable process in which we can accommodate more unique modifications to floorplans. This flexibility has allowed us to strike the ideal balance of being able to offer a more tailored product where appropriate while still ensuring a smooth experience for our homeowners.
