Each of our Cedarglen Homeowners is provided with a YourHomeOnTrack account. Your Home OnTrack is an award-winning customer portal that allows you to track the progress of your home’s construction and access documentation at your convenience.
Simply log into your account to access uploaded copies of your legal documents, your construction plans and all your interior selections. You can also track the milestones of your home to see where it’s at in the construction process and what your responsibilities are for that milestone.
Once you’ve taken possession of your home, you can use Your Home OnTrack to submit service request and visit the Home Maintenance page to ensure you are properly taking care of your investment.
