Sales Associate

Cedarglen Homes is looking for a charismatic Sales Associate to join our growing and dynamic Sales Team and work in one of our showhomes. Reporting to their Area Sales Manager and the VP Sales & Marketing this individual will be mentored closely amongst members of the Sales Team and in turn they will be provided with a great opportunity for career development within the company.

  • Greet prospects and homebuyers in a welcoming manner and provide superior customer service to those looking for more information.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when working in the showhomes and ensure the sales centre and all marketing collateral are always presentable.
  • Provide consistent communication and follow-up with homebuyers as they progress throughout their homebuilding journey.
  • Assist in meeting sales targets and goals throughout the year.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the team at head office to ensure customer files are processed in a timely, and accurate manner.
  • Perform basic administrative duties including filing, photocopying, maintaining customer records, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Area Sales Manager and/or Sales and Marketing Manager

Typical Showhome Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday from 2-8pm
  • Closed Fridays
  • Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays from 12-5pm
  • *Note: You may be asked to attend Sales Meetings outside showhome hours from time to time.
