12 Day Giveaway: 12 Showhomes, 12 Days, 12 Prizes

Last weekend, we opened our newest showhomes in Cranston, the Enchant III and the Huxley. You can consider that the sneak peek to this weekend’s upcoming party: the 12 Day Giveaway begins Saturday, January 12. The southeast communities of Cranston and New Brighton are celebrating the Grand Opening of 12 showhomes with $12,000 worth of prizes given out of 12 days. Lucky number seven...I think it should be lucky number 12!
Between two showhome parades, our four new showhomes will be hosting a variety of exciting events with prizes at each one. Here are all the details:
New Brighton
Stop by the Aspen and the Murano showhomes for a latte, hand-crafted before your eyes by the mobile Cruisin’ Cafe. Sample some cheese buns and other delicious treats from the Glamorgan bakery and visit with Fuzzy from 98.5 Virgin Radio. He will be broadcasting on location Saturday, January 12th live from our showhome! With spring around the corner (hopefully), you can start dreaming of patio furniture, barbeques, and anything else to put in your outdoor oasis. Make your dream come true by entering to win $1000 for Home Depot and $1000 for Trail Appliances, and the Grand Prize of $5,000 cash!

Visit our newest showhomes, the Enchant III and the Huxley, where you can pick up a coffee and some delicious baked goods courtesy of Good Earth in Cranston Market. While you enjoy your food and drinks, take a walk through the Huxley, the perfect home for entertaining. The galley style kitchen has ample counter space to serve appetizers or prepare for an elegant feast. The Enchant III features a spacious upstairs, with four bedrooms, upper floor laundry, and bonus room; great for a large family or large extended family (invite the in-laws!).
