Defining Support - Kitchen Interior

The Area Sales Manager of each of the Cedarglen Home communities will help you select the best model for your needs and lifestyle, and show you modifications and options you can leverage to create your dream home. Visit our showhomes or tour our available quick possessions and model homes online to discover your preferences.

Having a pre-approved mortgage can save you a lot time, as it will provide you with a budget that can help you determine which community you want to live in and what size home you’d like to buy. We’re happy to recommend a lending specialist if you need assistance.

The Area Sales Manager will go through the purchase agreement with you to ensure that you are comfortable with the documentation before agreeing to purchase.

Design and Construction

At Cedarglen Homes, we provide you with a dedicated Customer Relations Representative who is responsible for assisting you throughout the stages of construction and through to your home possession. We also provide our award-winning customer portal, YourHomeOnTrack , to assist you in easily following the construction progress on your new home from your computer. Your Site Supervisor connects with you during the build to educate you on your new home and provide onsite orientations.

Our Cedarglen Design Center assists in simplifying the process of building a new home by offering you an intimate, personal space to select all the interior details that make your home one of a kind. We carry an extensive range of products and materials from cabinets to granite, flooring and window coverings, door and railing styles, handles, knobs, and everything in between. Our Design Consultants work closely with you to suggest options for your design style and budget.

Post-Build and Move In

One week prior to the possession date of your new home, you’ll meet with your Site Supervisor to complete your Home Orientation. This onsite meeting is conducted to provide you with the information on how to operate and maintain all systems in your new home.

Once you take possession, Cedarglen Home’s Response Team Representatives provide you with the guidance and tools to make your transition to home ownership seamless. With detailed on-site demonstrations, our home maintenance video series, and a fully documented maintenance plan, you will be ready to succeed with your home investment.
