The excitement continues at Cedarglen Homes as our team was recognized on March 30, 2017, for a second year in a row with the Customer Insight H.O.M.E. Best Customer Experience award. This award is based on 1 month and 13 month post-possession surveys completed by our homebuyers. This year Cedarglen Homes was also awarded with the Customer Insight H.O.M.E. Builder of Choice award. This award is based on homebuyer surveys, trades and supplier surveys and employee engagement surveys.
Congratulations to our team as this is truly a recognition of their efforts to deliver an exceptional experience. It is easy to think of homebuyer experiences as being delivered by the front line teams. While they offer the first and last impressions, they are also supported by a large team that ensures they are prepared and organized to execute on their duties. A team that has each others backs.
In 2016, the acknowledgement was special as our homebuyers recognized the commitment that our team makes to them. This year, this is a testimony to our team’s ability to deliver this experience in a consistent manner. In short, it has become our culture.
The bar has been set high and I believe that our team is up to the challenge to continue to deliver on our commitments to our homebuyers.
