Service Coordinator

Job description:

We are seeking an individual with a keen interest in understanding the residential home building process to become a member of our industry leading team as a Service Coordinator. This person must have previous warranty and customer service experience including administration, documentation, follow-up, problem solving/negotiating with multiple parties and must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of relationship development and maintenance.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates must be extremely detail oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Being a critical thinker and having a strong analytical background is imperative. Candidates should also be driven and have the ability to work with minimal supervision and a high sense of urgency in a continually evolving environment. Although the position involves working within an integrated team, which is often inter-departmental, you should be self-directed and competent in working independently. Post secondary education and computer skills are considered assets. Although an interest in aspects of construction is valuable a background is not necessary, and training will be provided. Salary to be negotiated.
