West Macleod Block Party in Belmont
West Macleod Block Party in Belmont
It has been just over a year and a half since our showhomes opened in the growing new community of Belmont, and since then countless happy families have moved in and begun to plant their roots. If it’s been a while since you checked out this growing community, or if you haven’t yet made it out to see for yourself then this weekend is your chance! Join us on Saturday September 14th from noon to 4:00 pm for Calgary’s largest community event – the West Macleod Block Party. Take the opportunity to check out Anthem United’s three new communities (with free transportation between each) and see all that Belmont has to offer. Granary Road, Spruce Meadows and the Cavalry FC will be there to welcome everyone to Belmont and there will be a face painter, candy, popcorn and chances to win a free movie gift card. Break for dinner, then grab your lawn chairs and blankets and make your way back for a free outdoor movie in the park at 7:00pm!
This vibrant new community is ideal for young, growing families or those who are new to Calgary, as it is the perfect place to start the next chapter in your life. Located just south of the ring road, Belmont provides residents with easy commutes throughout the city, while still maintaining the quiet charm of the suburbs. In addition, Belmont’s proximity to the established communities of Silverado and Shawnessy mean that there are no sacrifices to be made by moving into this charming new area.
Cedarglen Homes is proud to offer an excellent selection of single side yard, single family homes in Belmont starting in the $450’s and ranging from 1980 to 2100 square feet.
