We are pleased to announce that Cedarglen Homes has partnered with Perimeter9 to develop an exciting new software application that allows you to view our Feature Models Virtual Showhomes - whenever and wherever. The feature models found in this application are new models to Cedarglen Homes and offer limited time promotional pricing in the communities of Auburn Bay, Riverstone of Cranston and Walden. This app takes the 2D architectural plan and turns it into a living space, conveniently providing you with the opportunity to walkthrough your new home from anywhere.
The living space is created from a spherical rendering, which is made up of 6 rendered images, that are put together to form a continuous 360 degree image. This is an incredibly useful tool for anyone having a hard time visualizing a home from a set of house plans… which let’s admit can be difficult! The Cedarglen Homes app can now be downloaded from the Apple App Store (Click here to download) and Google Play Store (Click here to download). For the best functioning performance, we recommend that you have updated to the latest operating system.
To use the Cedarglen Homes app, start by selecting which of the three Feature Models you’d first like to visit. Once a model is selected, you’ll see a front elevation along with floor plans and the square footage. Now, to really get an idea of the space, choose from the list of rooms to step inside our virtual showhome. Walk through the great room, nook area and the spacious kitchen on the main floor. Then head to the upper floor to tour the master bedroom, the ensuite and the family-sized bonus room. Not only can you visualize space planning and furniture placement, but you can do so at your convenience. So are you ready to tour your new home? Then let’s get started!
