Walden Showhome Opening

After much anticipation, our new Showhomes in Walden are ready to open their doors! We’ve already introduced you to the new models that will be available in the community, as well as some of the Quick Possessions with special introductory pricing. So now let’s take a look at why you should stop by our Grand Opening this weekend!
First let’s look at what everyone wants to know…the opportunities! At the Grand Opening on Saturday, we will be handing out limited time offers which add up to a possible $15,000 in savings on a pre sale home! If you purchase a pre sale home prior to April 11, 2015, then you will automatically receive $10,000 off the purchase price along with $2,500 to spend on interior selection upgrades! We will also be offering a Second Time Cedarglen Home Buyer Rebate. This means that if you’re a previous Cedarglen Homeowner, you can receive an additional $2,500 off the purchase price of your home. Yep, it’s all that simple! You don’t have to put your name in a draw or be there for a certain time; all you have to do is stop by our showhomes on Saturday, March 28, 2015 between noon and 5pm to receive our savings handout and make your decision before April 11, 2015. With these savings, pricing for a pre sale home will be starting in the $450’s!
Walden has also just been named as a finalist for Community of the Year (City of Calgary) and Show Home Parade of the Year for the 2014 SAM Awards in the Developer Category.
