
Visit the First Showhomes in Livingston

The wait is finally over. This Saturday we invite you to tour the first showhomes in Livingston and have your first pick of the lots! Stop by 1416 Livingston Way NE between noon and 5pm to come and discover the new north. Livingston is the ideal community for either a young couple or a growing family. We offer models that range from 1700 to 2400 square feet, with prices starting in the mid $400,000’s. These homes also include our uncompromised standards such as granite countertops, state of the art cabinetry, upgraded flooring, EnerGuide initiative and front yard landscaping.
Livingston is Calgary’s newest master planned community by Brookfield Residential. Located north of Stoney Trail NW and west of Deerfoot Trail, this community is easily accessible to the rest of the city. When creating Livingston, Brookfield Residential wanted to design a community that would bring people together. The community will offer its future residents an attractive mix of urban style amenities with the safety and calmness of the suburbs.
So what can you expect from our new showhomes in Livingston? We have two original models that each offer Houzz worthy décor, inspiring layouts and developed basements. First, located at 1416 Livingston Way NE, we have the Coronation. The 864 sq. ft. main floor has a highly sought after open concept great room, nook and kitchen for ease of entertaining.
