At Cedarglen Homes, we are pleased to be among the few homebuilders in Calgary to offer three-storey homes in our model line-up. We first introduced this variation with our Carbon 3ST model in Cranston’s Riverstone when we saw a great opportunity to capitalize on the views of Fish Creek Park from a unique and private space.
Three storey homes offer an extra living space atop the home so that homebuyers do not need to purchase a larger lot for extra square footage. The options are limitless in how homeowners can use the space – whether it becomes an entertainment room, a home office, an art studio, or a family room. In comparison to a basement development, the third floor provides more natural light into the house and includes a walkout balcony.
We currently offer 5 different models with third-floor options that homebuyers can choose from, which can add up to an additional 415 sq.ft. to the home.
The Carbon has been our most popular build since 2017 as it offers defined spaces for families to relax in and grow into.
