Cedarglen Homes is excited to announce that we will be building a new product line in the community of Auburn Bay featuring single and double car garage zero lot-lined homes. The new models being built in Auburn Bay Phase 46 are the Stirling, Coronation, Donnelly, Bentley, Finnegan and Linden. With showhomes scheduled to open in July 2016, Cedarglen Homes has teamed up with Perimeter9 to develop another new software application, Cedarglen Homes AB 46. This app will allow you to take a virtual tour of our 6 new models and to view showhomes before they are built.
This new app is similar to our Cedarglen Homes Featured Models App that we introduced at the beginning of the year. The app takes the 2D architectural plan and turns it into a 3D furnished living space. The living space is created from a spherical rendering, which is made up of 6 rendered images, that are put together to form a continuous 360 degree image. So if you have a tough time visualizing your home by looking at a set of plans, this app will bring those plans to life. The Cedarglen Homes AB 46 app can now be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. For the best functioning performance, we recommend that you have updated to the latest operating system. To use the Cedarglen Homes app, start by selecting which of the 6 models you’d first like to visit. Once a model is selected, you’ll see a front elevation along with the main and upper floor plans and the models square footage. From here you can choose from the list of rooms to step inside the virtual showhome. On the main floor, you can walk through the great room, nook area and the spacious kitchen before you head to the upper floor to tour the master bedroom and the bonus room/desk area.
In Auburn Bay phase 46 you not only have the convenience of a virtual showhome to tour all 6 models, but you also have affordability!
