Season's greetings to all!

As 2016 draws to a close, it is a perfect time to reflect upon the blessings of the past year and contemplate the high hopes we have for the year to come. In these times, we are compelled to revisit the meaning of success. At Cedarglen Homes, this is not only about meeting our fiscal goals but also engaging with all stakeholders in mutually beneficial relationships, build on our strengths as a team and prepare for future opportunities.
To start the year, Cedarglen Homes was the proud recipient of several of the most coveted awards in the homebuilding industry. As voted by our homebuyers for outstanding customer experience, we received CustomerInsight’s Home Owner Mark of Excellence Award, PHBI’s New Homebuyers’ Choice Award – Calgary and PHBI’s New Homebuyers’ Choice Award – Alberta. This was only made possible by the great team at Cedarglen and the contribution of our trades and supply partners. The recognition paves the way for future homebuyers, as we strive to provide the same outstanding experience to our homebuyers in the current communities of Auburn Bay, Cranston’s Riverstone and Walden. Additionally, we are looking forward to offering new opportunities for homebuyers in the communities of Livingston and The Rise at West Grove Estates, with show homes opening in 2017.
Our measure of success goes beyond the great communities we build in and the folks we build for. It extends out into the community we live and work in. In 2016, we were fortunate to be able to support many of Calgary’s well-deserving charitable organizations, such as the Calgary Women’s Emergency Shelter, Ronald McDonald House and Wellspring Calgary through their marquee events. In addition, we undertook a unique initiative to refresh 15 units at Aspen Family & Community Network’s – Youth Transition to Adulthood apartments, which are over one hundred years old.
