What can you expect in Phase 69?
Each of our homes in phase 69 also include a 160 sq.ft. deck, so that you can truly enjoy the picturesque view that Riverstone has to offer. The scenic view is not the only thing to look forward to when building a Cedarglen home in Riverstone, as each home also includes $5,000 towards appliance upgrades, $3,000 towards cabinet design, hardwood flooring, granite countertops and a landscaping allowance to be used within the 1st year of possession for the front yard.
