We are excited to announce that on Saturday, September 9, 2017, we have a new phase available with new lots. The lots will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. We ask that you please be ready with a deposit of $1,000 to hold your lot. In the event that 2 or more parties are ready with deposits on the same lot, a draw will determine the outcome.
