Meet Cindy Drummond
Cedarglen Homes has been a part of Cranston’s Riverstone since 2012 and we are beyond excited to be opening our next set of showhomes on June 22, 2019. As we lead up to these new showhomes opening, we felt it was important to introduce you to our Area Sales Manager – Cindy Drummond! Cindy has been with Cedarglen Homes for just over a year and she has accomplished many exciting things during that time. From the Cedarglen Cruiser bikes to the Pop-Up market that just took place in March, she always has exciting new ideas to try out.
2. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE MODEL (& WHY?)
It’s so hard to choose a favourite model. I am excited about our new Carbon model because there is an option for a third story loft and balcony and the views from this house are incredible. However, I love everything about our Lavoy Model. This open concept home is perfect for entertaining family or friends and the second story layout offers a large bonus room, desk area and an oversized laundry room. It’s perfectly designed for a growing family.
3. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PART ABOUT YOUR COMMUNITY?
As you drive down the hill from Cranston and into Riverstone, you can feel the hecticness of the city fade away. Located just steps away from Fish Creek Provincial Park, this serene community offers access to the river, numerous green spaces and play areas. There really is no other neighborhood quite like Cranston’s Riverstone – you must experience it for yourself.
4. WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO OUTSIDE OF WORK/SOMETHING INTERESTING ABOUT YOU?
In addition to my role with Cedarglen, I host WomenOnlyWeekend (WOW), an annual retreat facilitated at the luxurious Solara Resort and Spa in Canmore. WOW allows me to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with 150 like-minded women who are looking for opportunities to collaborate, connect and create.
5. WHAT IS A GOOD HOME BUYERS TIP FOR PEOPLE LOOKING TO BUILD A NEW HOME?
When you are looking to build a new home, it’s crucial to do your research and ask questions before committing to build. The most important questions to ask include:
- What are the standard features included in the price of this home?
- Are there any area specifications (allowances) that I should be aware of?
- What energy efficiency features are included in the price of this home?
