For Cedarglen Homes, 2016 has been the year of ‘Defining’. Celebrating 35 years of homebuilding, it was time that we took a step back and redefined who we are as a company. This resulted in a fresh new Cedarglen brand. We also kept fine tuning our processes which resulted in being named one of PHBI's The New Homebuyers’ Choice Award 2016 Overall Alberta Winner. And we continued to work on defining the art and science of new home building which resulted in interactive virtual tours, Cedarglen Homes apps and sphericals of some of our newest and most desired models. Now, we are excited to introduce you to our new website that brings all of this year’s defining moments together.
The updated Cedarglen Homes website represents our new brand while telling the story of who we are as a company. The first section of the website, "Builder of Choice", explains how Cedarglen Homes is defining homebuilding. It describes our traditions, sustainability, accountability and the quality of homes that we build. We also look at how we support our homebuyers throughout the building process and after possession.
Next up is choosing your dream home. In the "Find your Home" section you can search by community, by models, or by quick possessions. Each model page includes useful tools such as an informative brochure, an "Email This" button to share your dream home with friends and family and an "Inquire" button so that you can quickly request more information on the model. For some of our select models you can also experience Virtual Tours, 360 Tours and browse through interior and exterior photography.
Location, location, location, isn’t just a fun saying…it’s also a very important decision when building your home. The "Communities" section on our website includes highlights of each of our current and upcoming communities. It also makes finding showhome parades a breeze and provides our Area Sales Manager’s contact information.
The last part of the website is our "Blog" section where, along with our current blog you can find an archive of our weekly blogs and a "Contact" section with a map to our Head Office, contact numbers and hours of operation. The Contact section also includes a page for our current homeowners that offers homeowner maintenance tutorials and other useful information.
