It's that time of year...and we don't mean Winter!

Well it is that time again. Two new showhomes are opening in New Brighton!
Our first showhome is the Aspen. It is a reflection of what is new and on the forefront of design. One of the trends we are seeing for 2013 is painted cabinets in a variety of colors. The Aspen kitchen has grey cabinets, (yes, grey!) and this is a must see. This option is also one of our standard selections for your home. The kitchen also features amazing engineered stone countertops and built-in cabinetry in the eating nook. The Aspen boasts a beautiful bonus room, open to below at the foyer, and a stunning master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. In addition, the upper floor has two bedrooms, which are quite large.
The other feature home we are showcasing is the Murano. This home is one of my favorites. It has an office on the main floor, a walk-thru pantry, and beautiful kitchen with dark slab cabinets and vertical tile backsplash. The Murano also has a sunken bonus room that is very open, with large windows on three sides and is easy to furnish. The master bedroom features a walk-thru ensuite bathroom that leads to a spacious walk-in closet. This showhome is just stunning!
The Aspen is 2,092 square feet and has a starting price of $450,000. Slightly smaller, the Murano is 1,994 square feet and has a starting price of $440,000. All of our homes in New Brighton come complete with landscaping. This includes fencing, grass in front and back yards, gravel on the side yards, and shrubs going up your walk way.
