Cranston’s Riverstone Roving Market

We hope that you are ready for another exciting event in Cranston’s Riverstone! Cedarglen Homes has teamed up with Brookfield Residential and the other builders in the community to host a Roving Market on September 17, 2016 from 12pm to 4pm. A Roving Market is a 'pop-up' market that allows us to bring the goods and services to you! Set up within each showhome, you’ll find over 20 local vendors to shop from. In our showhomes you will find adorable and trendy t-shirts for your little ones by Jacob Grace and some high quality leather goods from Yor Leather. Throughout the community you will also be able to enjoy food trucks with some tasty treats, a photobooth and live music courtesy of the BassBus!
We also have new lots available in Cranston’s Riverstone phase 69. With prices starting in the $620,000’s, this phase offers quick access to the Fish Creek walking paths and beautiful views of the Bow River. Each of our homes in phase 69 also includes a 160 sq.ft. deck, $5,000 towards appliance upgrades, $5,000 towards cabinet design, hardwood flooring, granite countertops and a landscaping allowance to be used within the 1st year of possession for the front yard.
