Auburn Bay Update Summer 2013

Lots of exciting things are going on in (and around) Auburn Bay. Our showhomes have been open for a few months now and are very popular, as there is something for everyone. The “Newbrook V” draws a lot of attention with its French country inspired decor and the appeal of four bedrooms. The “Aspen” showcases modern decor and a balcony off the bonus room. Lastly, the “Enchant” features a mix of traditional and eclectic designs and a developed basement.
Shortly after our showhome opening, a new portion of Phase 33 was released. This phase is selling fast as it is close to many green spaces and one of many ponds. With a variety of lots available, head in to the showhomes for more information.
Phase 26 is nearing completion, so this means it’s your last chance to get a spot in the northern part of Auburn Bay! With quick access to Highway 22X, the shortest distance to McKenzie Towne, and the dog park close by, this is a great part of the community to live in. Again, the showhome has all the information on Phase 26 and Mike or Sarah are more than happy to show you around.
South of Auburn Bay, Seton Urban District is set to open up this coming fall. With many exciting retailers coming to the area, this has the community anticipating the grand opening. Seton will be home to a VIP Cineplex Odeon theatre, Shoppers Drug Mart, various financial institutions, and much more. To see the full list of Seton shops, visit their website here. If you are an Auburn Bay resident, check out this weekend’s Beach Party. Luau on the Lake is this Saturday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Auburn House. There will be a variety of attractions for the whole family. For more information, visit Auburn Bay Connect.
