Auburn Bay has always been a highly sought after community. Our Design Team came up with six new models that will be available in Auburn Bay Phase 46, three of which have a single car garage and three that offer a double car garage. These models range between 1607 and 2074 square feet, providing excellent space for either a young couple or a growing family.
