In addition to registering your home upon possession with the Alberta New Home Warranty Program, we conduct a number of scheduled follow-ups throughout your first year of ownership.

A Customer Liaison is dedicated to each of our homebuyers as soon as interior selections have been completed. Your Liaison facilitates communication with our trade partners and Cedarglen field staff throughout the construction of your home and its warranty period, saving you time and energy .
