In addition to registering your home upon possession with the Alberta New Home Warranty Program, we conduct a number of scheduled follow-ups throughout your first year of ownership.
Customer Liaisons
A Customer Liaison is designated to each of our home buyers as soon as interior selections have been completed. Your Liaison facilitates communication with our trade partners and Cedarglen field staff throughout the construction of your home and its warranty period, saving you time and energy. They’re there to answer any questions you may have, and throughout such an important process, you’re bound to have many.
Your Home Ontrack
We’ve also made tracking the progress of your home easy. Your Home Ontrack, an award winning website exclusive to Cedarglen homebuyers, makes it possible to follow the progress of your home in real time without having to set foot on the construction site. This exciting service is like your personal assistant, daytimer and list of contacts, all in one. You can find all documentation pertaining to the construction and service of your new home here, updated in real time.
