If you have recently upgraded to IE7 (Internet Explorer 7) and are recieving the error shown in this image.

You can follow these instructions to help resolve the problem:

• Press the "Alt" Key to show the Menu Bar

• Select "Tools" >> "Internet Options"

• Select the "Advanced" tab

• Scroll to the bottom of the list

• Check on "Use ssl 2.0"

• Click ok

• The page should work now
