Your Home OnTrack:  Cedarglen Homes is proud to offer Your Home OnTrack, an award winning customer portal that serves as your virtual liaison. This portal becomes your electronic filing cabinet to manage all your new home information from selections to completion of warranty. You are able to track the construction milestones of your new Cedarglen home without stepping foot on site.

Cedarglen Design Center: At Cedarglen Homes, we understand how hectic life can be, which is why we have conveniently combined most of your interior selection appointments into one. Let our Design Team help you find the artist within. They will help you explore your own sense of style to incorporate into your new home.

Construction:

Warranty:

Warranty Program: With the purchase of a new Cedarglen Home, you will receive a one year builder's warranty on workmanship and materials.  Also, you will receive a five year structural warranty from the Alberta New Home Warranty Program.  Cedarglen Homes has been an accredited member of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program for over 27 years. 

Customer Orientations: The amount of information required to operate and maintain the many different elements of a new home is overwhelming. Cedarglen's team of experts focuses on providing you with the guidance and tools to make your transition seamless. Our team performs detailed operational on site demonstrations and supplies a fully documented maintenance plan as part of your new home package.
