A Cedarglen Customer Liaison will be designated to assist in navigating through the process of building your new home.
They will also be your point of contact for one full year afterwards
throughout your warranty period. Your
Liaison will co-ordinate with your Site Supervisor to provide timely and accurate answers to any questions that you may have.
Electrical Walk-Through |
Once your new home is framed and ready for the electrical
contractor to start, your Customer Liaison will arrange to meet
you and your Site Supervisor at the construction site to ensure
that all lighting, switches and plugs are properly located.
This meeting also allows you to add
additional electrical
items should you require them. |
HOME ORIENTATION |
We believe that it is our responsibility to educate you on all of the facets of your new home. At the home orientation our Site Supervisor will review standard home maintenance tips with you so that you are prepared for your new home. |
60 DAY INSPECTION |
Now that you have had the opportunity to get settled in to your new home a 60 day inspection will be scheduled with your Cedarglen Site Supervisor to review any warranty items. |
ONE YEAR INSPECTION |
At the end of your first year warranty an inspection will be scheduled to review any home maintenance and warranty items. |
